Delivery & returns

Dispatched within one day

When the shop opens, we will dispatch your candle within one day of ordering. Dispatch is when your parcel leaves us; it is not a promise of next-day arrival. Courier delivery estimates for each destination will be confirmed before orders open.

Delivery is charged for each candle in your basket, according to its destination.

For example, delivery for two candles to one UK address is £6.80. International duties and local taxes, where applicable, are not included unless confirmed at checkout. International delivery and customs arrangements are still being finalised.

A gift, ready to receive

Gift wrapping with a personal message card costs an additional £7.52 per candle. You can send your order directly to the recipient. One delivery address and one card message currently apply to the basket; use separate orders for different recipients.

Changing your mind · UK orders

You can cancel an eligible online purchase without giving a reason. Tell us within 14 days after you or your nominated recipient receives the candle, then return it within a further 14 days.

You may inspect the candle as you would in a shop. Handling beyond what is needed to inspect it, including burning it, may reduce its value and the refund due. Opening the packaging alone does not remove your cancellation rights.

For a full eligible cancellation, the refund includes standard outward delivery. We will refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence of return, whichever is earlier, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Your rights when goods are faulty or not as described are separate from change-of-mind cancellation rights. Nothing on this page limits those rights. Do not burn a candle with damaged glass.
